The Pierre Marcolini House was founded in Brussels in 1995 by Pierre Marcolini, famous for his exceptional know-how and his sustainable approach. 

Pionneer in the bean-to-bar movement, he masters the entire making process of chocolate from the bean.

Pierre Marcolini is the creative director of the House, renown beyond its chocolates, for its ethic choices and for the fact that his cocoa Grand Crus come directly from independent producers in Brazil, Cuba, Ecuador, Peru, or from Madagascar.

Other rare ingredients complete this prestigious bean choice of the House, such as Moroccan pink peppercorns, Iranian pistachios, Sichuan pepper, Madagascar vanilla, Sicilian lemon, Ceylon cinnamon, hazelnuts from Piemont.

Pierre Marcolini offers chocolates and exceptional sweats as well as its famous macaroons. The House has grown to 30 shops in various countries such as Belgium, France, the United-Kingdom, Monaco, Japan and China where the Chocolatier is admired.
